Hoon Avenue in Newcastle-under-Lyme is set to close to traffic while Staffordshire County Council carries out highway repair works.

The road closure is scheduled for 19 October and is listed as being in force all day.

According to the latest roadworks information, the closure is required to allow the council to carry out the repairs safely. Hoon Avenue is currently listed among roads affected by closures due to roadworks in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area.

Drivers using the route are advised to plan ahead and allow extra time for their journeys.
