Police need this rider’s address as illegal dirt biker causes anger in Stone

Staffordshire Police say the rider has been seen riding an off-road motorbike around Stone Town Centre and Westbridge Park multiple times between 3 September and 5 September.

The force has now released a photograph of the motorbike and rider as officers attempt to establish their identity.

Police are asking residents to come forward if they recognise the rider, know where the bike is kept or have seen it being ridden locally.

They are also appealing for anyone with CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage which could help identify the rider to get in touch.

The appeal has prompted calls for residents to help police identify the person pictured, particularly if they know their address or where the motorbike is normally kept.

However, anyone with information should pass it directly to police rather than confronting the rider themselves.
