Armed police spotted at Sandyford BP garage

Armed police officers and a police dog were spotted at the BP garage on James Brindley Way, Sandyford, this afternoon.

The police presence was reported at around 4pm today (Tuesday), with members of the public noticing armed officers at the petrol station.

At this stage, Six Towns Daily has not been given any information about the reason for the police presence.
