Man Found Injured Inside Stoke Home After Burglary

Police are investigating a burglary in Stoke-on-Trent after an injured man was found inside a property.

Officers were called to Blakelow Road, Abbey Hulton, at around 9am today (Sunday 13 September), where a man was discovered inside a house with injuries.

He was taken to hospital for treatment. Police say his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

The investigation remains ongoing, with officers appealing for anyone who may have captured doorbell camera, dashcam or CCTV footage in the Blakelow Road area around the time of the incident to come forward.

Police have also urged people not to speculate on social media while enquiries are continuing.
