Late-Night Blaze Erupts In Tunstall As THREE Fire Engines Race To St Chad’s Road
Three fire engines rushed to St Chad’s Road in Tunstall after a garage caught fire late last night, with firefighters tackling the blaze until around 11.15pm. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Residents in Tunstall were faced with a major emergency response overnight after a garage caught fire on St Chad's Road.
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service received multiple calls reporting the blaze shortly before 10.10pm on Wednesday, September 2.
Three fire engines were sent to the scene, with crews attending from Hanley and Sandyford.
Firefighters found a fire involving a garage and worked to bring the blaze under control. The incident was dealt with by around 11.15pm, with crews then making the scene safe.
The fire service has confirmed this morning that an investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing.
At this stage, the cause of the blaze has not been determined.
There have been no reports provided of injuries in connection with the incident.
